Acas provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law. We support good relationships between employers and employees. But when things go wrong we help by providing conciliation to resolve Disputes and problems at work.

This new automated system learns from your questions and, as more people use it, will get better at providing the most relevant answer to your query. We will be tracking any un-answered questions and, in each case, considering whether to add them to the system to help it fit your needs as closely as possible.

The Acas Learning OnLine tool is free and easy to use and we encourage employers to share or forward e-learning links amongst their staff to help them up-skill in employer rights and responsibilities. Our e-learning also provides links through to further support and guidance available. We regularly update our e-learning as employment law changes.
